Taking part in International Chardonnay Day on May 23? Here's how to

It’s time to drink – and think – Chardonnay. May 23 is International Chardonnay Day, and the wineries of the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration are leading the Canadian initiative.

“Team Canada” is hosting a series of events at their winery locations across the province, and is leading a Global Virtual Chardonnay Tasting on Facebook and Twitter. Wine enthusiasts are encouraged to join Guest Chef Vikram Vij and over 60 winemakers around the world posting photos, videos and stories of their favourite Chardonnays.

Contests and special promotions will be shared throughout the day, including a special $23 discount on tickets for the Cool Chardonnay World Tour – the signature event of the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend held July 20^th.
