Good news for food and wine lovers in Niagara.
Treadwell Farm to Table Cuisine, the critically acclaimed and popular waterfront Port Dalhousie eatery, is teaming up with Southbrook Vineyards to provide bistro pizza at the Niagara-on-the-Lake winery.
The new pizza patio partnership, tentatively being called Treadwell’s Vineyard Bistro, begins the Saturday of the Victoria Day weekend and runs through to the Thanksgiving weekend.
The bistro will be open every Thursday to Monday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. The menu will be feature creative pizzas – three will be offered at all times (some made with herbs grown on the Southbrook property). Also showcased with be seasonal salads and desserts.
The bistro will be wine-country casual and, of course, wine-centric with each pizza matched specifically with a Southbrook wine.
