The annual International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration launches in Niagara this July
Niagara, Ontario, Canada (February 7, 2011) – Set against the rolling vineyards of Niagara, the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration (the i4c) will bring together wine lovers from around the world in a wine and food celebration like no other. This 3-day event will host 46 top international and Canadian cool climate chardonnay producers, 15 celebrated Canadian chefs and over 700 guests in a weekend of exclusive wine tastings, exceptional local cuisine, and discovery of the character and versatility of cool climate chardonnay.
This one-of-a-kind experience designed for wine lovers will create an intimate gathering offering exceptional wine tastings and a relaxed, collegial setting in which wine enthusiasts will come together with spirited winemakers and media. This event will also establish a venue to collaborate and share the passion and understanding of what defines and differentiates cool climate chardonnay.
