The Niagara Icewine Festival kicked off in grand style last night at the Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls with the hottest ticket in town.
The Fallsview Casino Resort Grand Hall was transformed into an evening of luxury and opulence. The 2013 themed “Ice Queen’s Ball” provided guests with Canada’s largest showcase of VQA Icewines and table wines and culinary creations that were as delicious as they were gorgeous to look at.
In the Grande Hall over 30 wineries showcased close to 150 Icewines and table wines. The chefs at the Fallsview Casino Resort prepared five unique culinary stations to tantalize the palate along with artisanal cheese presented by the Dairy Farmers of Canada.
